Research formats

The Research collection offers free, plain-language Study overviews. Our paid publications include short theses on individual companies in Reports and options strategy reports in Methodology. Check the edition, language and scope on the report’s listing before ordering.

Copyright & reuse

You are welcome to link to a public overview and cite it when discussing the research. You can also study the same sources and publish your own conclusions. To circulate a paid PDF or reuse our original text or figures, check the license and applicable exceptions in our copyright and permitted use terms. A linked journal article may have a different license.

Research scope & evidence

Our publications examine artificial intelligence, its infrastructure and its wider economic and societal effects. For each work, check which claims the source documents support and which depend on the authors’ assumptions.

A price target expresses a view. A payoff table illustrates outcomes at specified prices under stated assumptions. Check when the prices were quoted. The price at which a trade executes may differ.

Readers make their own trading decisions and bear the market risk. The research does not assess your portfolio, investment objectives or risk tolerance. We do not provide personalized investment advice, manage assets or execute trades. Read more about the assumptions and limits of our research.

Holdings & other interests

Read the disclosure of financial interests for your edition. Check whose positions it covers, which instruments are involved and the date of the disclosure. Authors can publish a bearish thesis without holding a short position. A past disclosure does not establish current holdings.

Funding & compensation

Read funding and compensation disclosures alongside the work they concern. If a publisher or contributor receives or is promised payment, directly or indirectly, from an issuer, underwriter or dealer for describing a security, U.S. securities law can require the publication to identify the source, nature and amount of compensation received or promised. See Securities Act section 17(b).

Commercial reports & purchases

When a report goes on sale, choose “Browse the store” in the site menu. Select the edition and complete your order in our shop. Open “My orders” to download the files included with your purchase.

Purchases are not yet open for the titles listed below.

Check current sales restrictions. Before ordering, review the edition, language, file format, price, currency, applicable taxes, license, delivery arrangements and refund terms. Review any cancellation instructions and keep your order confirmation.

Reading public research overviews does not create an order or payment obligation. Nothing in a website notice removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

See the digital report refund terms for the change-of-mind policy and how to raise an issue with a missing, unreadable or incorrectly supplied file.

Privacy & access

Our privacy policy covers public reading, order support and messages sent to us. When shop chat is enabled, your browser can contact its service before you open it. For questions about a report or an order, email [email protected].

How information is shared

Sources & publication links

A Study overview explains the question, evidence and limitations for a general audience. When a journal or DOI link is available, choose “View publication” on the Study page. If no link is listed, that alone does not tell you whether the paper has been published.

When checking a claim, trace the cited figure or quotation back to the original document. For a numerical claim, check the reporting period and whether the figure was measured or estimated.

Corrections & revisions

For a correction request, email [email protected]. Identify the work, edition, page or section, the statement in question and the primary source that supports the correction. Material revisions should identify the version and date and explain what changed.
